Stubbe's Precast Goes Digital in QC

Stubbe's Precast, based in Harley, Ontario, is a big precast producer with a great reputation. They serve eastern Canada with two state-of-the-art manufacturing plants specializing in structural and architectural precast. Speak to any precaster in Canada or in the northeast United States and they will speak of Stubbe's with high regard. The reason for this is found in Stubbe's values: quality, innovation and, as they state on their website, "forward thinking solutions". 

So, it is no real surprise that Stubbe's prioritizes quality control. The company was one of the earlier precast manufacturers to 'go digital' in their plant when they wanted to make their QC process more efficient and effective in 2017. They subscribed to Idencia's Connected Concrete^TM  data tracking system because they needed:

• An easier way to collect and access QC data;
• Simpler way to prepare QC reports;
• Better traceability of materials and non-conformance;
• Improved visibility of QC performance.
